Access the "create account (sign in)" option on our websites, enter the requested data and accept our terms and conditions. Just create a user and you have access to all My7Stores. 

When you log in, click on the option "recover password", enter your email and you will receive a code that you must enter in the next step. Then simply follow the instructions to create a new password.

When you complete your order, you will be redirected to a confirmation page and after a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the order details.

You can use one of the following payment methods to shop at My7Stores:

  • ATM
    * You must make the payment within 24 hours. The reservation of stock of the products in your order will only be effective after payment confirmation.
  • MBWay
  • PayPal
  • Visa/Mastercard

As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email with the link from the carrier to track your order. You can also access your customer account to get all the shipping information.

To make a return, you should follow these steps:

  • Log in and access your customer area under My account > Returns;
  • Select the order you wish to return;
  • Fill in the required fields and click on "submit";
  • Send the item(s) to be returned in a properly closed package (you can use the package we sent you):
    • to the address: XXXXX
    • or, in the case of mainland Portugal, give it to the courier who will collect your return.

* You have 30 days from the date of delivery. 

The return costs will be charged to the customer, except in the case of a return originated by a shipping error of one of My7Stores shops or in the case of a return within Portugal Continental. In this case you should contact Customer Support to arrange for the collection of the item, and the My7Stores shop will assume all the costs of the return. However, the shipping of the replacement item(s) to the customer will follow the shipping costs of a normal purchase.

The refund of the value of the item(s) is made within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of notification of return. The refund is always made through the same method of payment used to purchase the product.
